| Specification: | Pultruded FRP gratings are assembled of several pultruded FRP profiles, with I-bars or T-bars as bearing members, round rods as connecting members and round tubes as space adjusting members for bearing members.
Properties of RMC pultruded gratings
RMC pultruded gratings have most of the advantage of RMC molded gratings, and with even more obvious characteristics, one of which is that the bearing bars contain high rate of fiberglass roving of 65% to 70% , so , compared to molded gratings, pultruded gratings enjoy more advantages for big span situations, to reduce the basic supports and engineering costs.
Customers can select the color, bearing member type, open space, cross rod density, etc. of gratings depending on the application environment and needed load-bearing capacity.
• When specially required, these gratings can be surface-treated, e.g. by adding quartz sand or FRP plates for antislip purpose or by a treatment for flame retardancy. However, the product weight will be increased to some extent. |
